Noah Frazier

Title: Co-owner

Responsibilities: Kitchen Manager, Cook, Busboy/Dishwasher, Supplies Division 

Background: Noah got his Major in the Culinary Arts from the Culinary Institute of America.  He worked at a family owned restaurant for 11 years, as well as serve as the head chef at Applebee's.

3 Fun Facts:

- Teaches French Horn to disabled kids

- Once ate 6 pounds of crab in one sitting

- Loves anything associated with the movie "Hairspray". 

Tina Motalebi

Title: Owner

Responsibilities: Assistant General Manager, Server, Hostess, Event Scheduler, Office Administrator

Background: Tina has degrees in Education, Event Planning, and Canadian Studies. She was a server at Red Robin as well as a hostess at Applebee's.  

3 Fun Facts: 

- Sub-par social skills

- Deathly afraid of the color green

- Only enjoys walking in the rain. That way, no one is able to tell she is crying.

Sam LeVoir

Title: Co-owner

Responsibilities: General Manager, Marketing Lead, Finances Department, Construction Overseer, Equipment Manager

Background: Sam received Management and Marketing degrees from Cornell University. He also served as the marketing lead for a restaurant in Germany and eventually returned home as the general manager of an Applebee's.

3 Fun Facts:

- Volunteers at an animal shelter

- Fluent in German

- Never lost a billiards game

Why the Title?

Why the Slogan?

We believe that the easiest way to communicate what we stand for to our customers was through our title.  As an establishment that strives to bring you a simple, yet elegant flare on an American classic, we knew that the best way to show that was through our simple, yet elegant title.

Our slogan was made to describe both what our title means and what our restaurant stands for. We want our customers to come with a curios mind that is open to our new ways of making grilled cheese.
